Choosing Your Video
What’s the difference between a Memorial Video and a Tribute Video?
Both are hand-crafted films made from your photos and memories. The difference is in the feeling each one creates.
A Memorial Video is quiet and cinematic — image-led, unhurried, and built for reflection. It’s the right choice when you want something reverent and timeless.
A Tribute Video is personal and warm — more of a story than a ceremony. It leans into your pet’s personality, the quirks that made them them, and the moments that made you laugh as much as cry. It’s the right choice when you want something that feels alive.
You’ll choose your style when you complete the intake questionnaire after purchase.
What kinds of pets do you make videos for?
All of them. Dogs, cats, birds, horses, rabbits, reptiles, fish — if they mattered to you, they belong here. Everhere exists for any pet worth remembering, and that’s EVERY pet.
Can I order a video as a gift for someone who is grieving?
Yes. You pay, and we send the intake questionnaire and media upload link directly to the recipient. They share their photos and memories, and we deliver the finished video and QR code within 48 hours of receiving their submission. It’s one of the most meaningful things you can give someone in a hard moment.
Submitting Your Order
What happens after I pay?
You’ll receive a link to a Google Form — this is your intake questionnaire. It walks you through everything we need to know about your pet, including your video style selection. The form also includes a private upload folder where you’ll submit your media files. Once we receive your completed form and media, production begins and your video is delivered within 48 hours.
Do I need a PayPal account to order?
No. Our payment portal accepts all major credit and debit cards — no PayPal account required. If you prefer to pay using your PayPal balance, you’ll log into your PayPal account at checkout. Either way, your payment is encrypted and your financial details are never shared with us.
How many photos or videos can I submit?
You may submit up to 30 media files in total — photos, video clips, or a combination of both. We work with what you share and will select the files that translate best to a finished film. More isn’t always better; a focused set of meaningful images often produces a stronger result than a large, mixed collection.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept standard JPEG and PNG files for photos, and common video formats for clips. If you’re unsure whether a file will work, submit it and we’ll let you know.
Production
Is the video made by a person or generated by AI?
Every video is hand-crafted by a real person. No AI generation, no templates, no batch processing. Your pet’s video is built individually — from the photo selection to the pacing to the final edit. That’s why it takes up to 48 hours and why no two videos look the same.
Will you use every photo I submit?
Not necessarily. Our editors select the images that will produce the strongest, most cohesive film from what you share. We may also make minor digital adjustments to individual photos — things like cleaning up background clutter — to ensure every image serves the final tribute the way it deserves to. You don’t need to pre-edit your photos before submitting.
Can I include video clips, not just photos?
Yes. Video clips are welcome and count toward your 30-file total. Clips that show your pet in motion — playing, reacting, just being themselves — can add a layer to the film that photos alone can’t.
Can I choose the music?
Music is selected by our editors. This is intentional. Licensing popular songs for commercial use costs significantly more than most people realize — major label tracks can run thousands of dollars for a single use. By selecting music in-house, we keep the final product affordable while still matching the tone and mood your video calls for.
How long is the finished video?
Videos run approximately 2 to 3 minutes in length, depending on the quality and quantity of usable media submitted.
Delivery
How is the video delivered?
You’ll receive an email with a link and a QR code. Both open the same video. The QR code is designed to be printed and displayed — on a placard, a frame, a shelf — anywhere you want to be able to scan and play the film instantly. The video is delivered in MP4 format.
What devices can play the video?
Any smart device that can open a hyperlink or scan a QR code can play your video — phones, tablets, laptops, and smart TVs. If the device can access the internet and open a link, it can play the film.
Can I share the video with family and friends?
Yes, and it’s built for that. Send the link directly or share the QR code — when someone scans it, the video plays immediately. No login, no download required.
What is the QR placard?
The QR placard is a professionally designed display card delivered as a print-ready PDF. You can print it at home or take it to a local print shop. It’s designed to anchor a memorial space — a shelf, a windowsill, a corner of a room that belongs to your pet. Anyone who visits and scans the code sees the film immediately.
A premium printed and shipped placard is also available as part of our Canvas Hero Photo bundle, coming soon.
Will the video be available forever?
As long as you have the QR code or the link we email you, the video will play. We remove your submitted media files from our storage 30 days after delivery, but the hosted video itself remains accessible. Keep the email we send you — the link and QR code are your permanent access point.
Revisions & Policy
What if there’s an error in the video?
Let us know immediately. If we made a factual error based on information you provided — a misspelled name, an incorrect date, a wrong detail — we will correct it. Before production begins, we confirm the key details of your order with you directly to catch these issues early. Once the corrected version is delivered, the video is considered final. We do not offer ongoing revision rounds or stylistic changes after delivery.
What is your refund policy?
Because each video is a custom, hand-crafted product created specifically for you, all sales are final once production has begun. Production begins upon receipt of your completed intake questionnaire and media submission.
If you have paid but have not yet submitted your questionnaire and media files, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made prior to the start of production.
We are committed to delivering exactly what we promise. If you believe we have failed to deliver a video in good faith — meaning no video was delivered, or the product was materially different from what was described — please contact us directly before initiating any dispute. We will work with you to make it right.
