We create personalized tribute and memorial videos from client-submitted photos, video clips, and questionnaire responses. We are a sole proprietor operation. - Produce your custom memorial or tribute video

- Deliver your finished video, QR code, and placard PDF by email

- Improve our service based on general, non-identifying patterns of use
We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes without your consent. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own commercial use under any circumstances.
Media Files and Submitted Content
You retain full ownership of all photos, video clips, and personal content you submit to Everhere.us. By submitting your media, you grant Everhere.us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted files solely for the purpose of producing your ordered video.
We will not use your submitted photos, video clips, or personal stories for any marketing, promotional, or public-facing purpose without your explicit written consent.
All submitted media files are stored in a private, access-controlled folder during production. We permanently delete all submitted media files from our storage within 30 days of delivering your finished video. Your finished video remains hosted and accessible via your delivered link and QR code after this period.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through PayPal’s secure payment portal. Everhere.us does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or banking information at any point during or after your transaction.

Google Services
We use Google Forms to collect your intake questionnaire responses and Google Drive to receive your submitted media files. These services are operated by Google LLC and are subject to Google’s own Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
By submitting your questionnaire and media files through these tools, you acknowledge that your submitted data passes through Google’s infrastructure. We use these tools exclusively for order fulfillment and do not authorize Google to use your submitted content for any other purpose.
Email Communications
When you place an order, we will contact you by email to confirm your order, deliver your intake questionnaire link, and deliver your finished video. These communications are order-related and are not marketing emails.
We do not add you to any mailing list, newsletter, or ongoing marketing campaign without your explicit consent. You will not receive unsolicited emails from Everhere.us.

Limitation of Liability
Everhere.us provides a custom digital service. All sales are final once production has begun, as outlined in our refund policy. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or your inability to access your delivered video due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to internet outages, device compatibility issues, or loss of your delivery email.
We make every reasonable effort to deliver your video as described. In the event of a service failure on our part, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
